JOB OPPORTUNITY – IMMIGRATION ATTORNEY

KB Law PLLC is seeking a full-time Immigration Attorney to join our team in St. Louis Park, Minnesota.
Job Duties:
- Represent clients before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), immigration courts, and the Department of Labor (DOL).
- Advise clients regarding immigration laws and procedures, including employment-based and family-based immigration matters, naturalization, and removal proceedings.
- Prepare and file family-based and employment-based immigration petitions, applications, motions, and supporting documentation with appropriate government agencies.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal briefs, memoranda, and related legal documents.
- Prepare clients and witnesses for hearings and interviews.
- Appear at immigration court hearings and other legal proceedings on behalf of clients.
- Communicate with government agencies regarding case matters and procedural issues.
- Organize exhibits and ensure compliance with filing deadlines and procedural requirements.
Requirements:
- First Professional Degree in Law (U.S. J.D. or foreign equivalent)
- Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. state
- Ability to conduct legal research
- Ability to draft briefs and petitions
- Demonstrated legal writing ability
- Proficiency with case management software
- No experience required
